• Ensure customer success by managing enterprise-level support activities • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through best practices • Resolve technical issues and drive product adoption • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring proactive communication • Identify upsell opportunities and deliver value-driven outcomes • Conduct technical enablement sessions on new releases • Regularly review Automation Anywhere best practices with customers • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews to assess improvement areas • Oversee support tracking and align with customer goals

Requirements

• 5+ years of Canadian residency required • Bachelor’s degree in business, MIS, IT, Computer Science, or a related field • 8+ years in a customer-facing, technical account management role • Familiarity with programming languages such as .NET (C#, C++, VB), Java, or PowerShell • Basic knowledge of cloud, HA, DR, DNS, HTTP, HTTPS, and DHCP concepts • RPA & SaaS Expertise: Previous experience with RPA platforms • Knowledge of SaaS and Cloud technologies • Certifications: RPA certifications are preferred • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) • Basic knowledge of debugging or analysis tools commonly used in troubleshooting
