• The Inbound Sales Representative role is an essential addition to our current sales process. • This is an entry-level sales role. • As an ISR, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective leads and accounts. • You will focus on our inbound leads who sell <$250,000 annually. • You’ll be responsible for updating Salesforce and using sales cadences to lead prospects through the sales cycle. • This is a quota-carrying role where you and the Director of Sales will work together to come up with new ways to reach our prospects and assist them throughout the onboarding process.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment • Passionate about people and building relationships • Learns from mistakes and effectively navigate challenges • High level of organization and self motivation to be able to thrive in a remote environment • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills • Positive, growth oriented mindset — even when times are difficult • Familiarity with Salesforce • High level of work ethic & integrity • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot • Prior experience in sales teams or as an ISR, and prior experience in the ticketing, sports or entertainment industries is a plus but not required
