📋 Description
• We are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our growing finance team. • Reporting to the Director of FP&A, you will be the second hire within the FP&A function, making this an exciting opportunity to build, optimize, and scale financial processes from the ground up. • As a key partner to leaders across the organization, you will create data-driven insights and financial strategies that impact our company’s growth. • This role is ideal for a finance professional looking to make an impact at a high-growth, technology-driven company.
🎯 Requirements
• 2-5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field. • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data. • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analyses. • Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial planning tools and business intelligence tools is a plus. • Experience working in a high-growth, startup, or two-sided marketplace environment is a plus. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
