• We’re one of the most popular commerce platforms on the web, powering millions of stores, including our own at woo.com. • Built on WordPress, Woo empowers anyone, anywhere, to sell anything. • The Growth Product Manager will play a key role on a team of product managers focused on Activation. • This Product Manager will move with urgency and creativity in identifying, developing, and rolling out growth strategies for our platform. • They will be adept at understanding user acquisition and funnel conversion with a deep understanding of customer needs. • They will also be proficient in developing hypotheses and rapidly iterating through them to find market fit for various use cases quickly.

Requirements

• 4+ years of web/e-commerce product experience • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making to drive growth. • Product Management experience within ecommerce is preferred but not required. • Familiarity with growth techniques and experimentation methodologies including iterative testing, and incorporating takeaways from testing to product innovation. • Demonstrated ability to clearly and concisely convey information and ideas. • Demonstrated experience in developing growth roadmaps
