📋 Description
• Location: Remote (North American Time Zone) • Reports to: CFO, WooCommerce • Develop a deep understanding of key business drivers • Build sophisticated financial models to deliver insightful analysis • Collaborate closely with WooCommerce’s business leaders • Oversee the creation of reporting packages for leadership • Organize management reviews to drive decisions and actions • Work closely with business functions capturing financial impact • Provide support on potential partnerships and growth initiatives • Track KPI shifts and analyze root causes • Conduct proactive industry and product research • Lead the development of key operational metrics
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience working in corporate or business-unit financial operations • Extensive experience with FP&A at both corporate and business unit levels • Ability to recommend, influence, develop, and implement programs • Strong business and operational acumen • Experience creating business cases that guide strategic investments • Experience in SaaS/Software and understanding of forecasting • Knowledge of SMB, commerce, or fintech preferred • Strong understanding of online payments industry is a plus • Online payments experience across multiple countries is a plus
