📋 Description

• The Dealer Reserve Finance/Schedule Analyst is responsible for reviewing and posting all Dealer Reserve statements for all business entities • Interacts with internal customers and external lenders at various levels, peers, supervisor and Management • Process assigned work in an accurate and timely manner, meeting all Service Level Agreements (SLA) • Pull Dealer Reserve statements from MFR’s, Dealer Track and Route One • Use Access database to post all Dealer Reserve statements to stores general ledgers prior to SLA • Reconciliation of aged finance reserve accounts prior to charge back cut off • Complete research for schedule items and make all necessary corrections and adjustments, ensuring all have been completed by monthly SLA • Responsible for ensuring the validity of all entries on general ledger accounts • Meet or exceed service level agreements • Back up and assist other team members as needed • Perform any other outside projects and/or tasks as needed • Produce high quality and quantity of work while under deadline pressure • Work closely with assigned stores to resolve issues

🎯 Requirements

• Effective analytical, problem-solving, organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet commitments and deadlines • Understand accounting principles and logic • Results oriented, ensuring one’s own work is accurate and complete • Intermediate computer and Microsoft Excel experience • Experience handling high volume of paperwork in multiple computer database systems • Highly organized with excellent follow-up and prioritization abilities • Communicate effectively with customer base • Automotive Accounting experience preferred, but not required • Ability to work independently and as a team member in a deadline driven environment • Ability to handle and deal with sensitive and confidential information, in a tactful and discreet manner • Flexible work schedule to accommodate charge back cut off timelines • Able to research and reconcile accounts utilizing lender websites and CDK functions (particularly ANRI)
