• The People Partner provides Human Resources support in multiple areas of HR Administration for all assigned dealership locations. • Collaborate with Store Management to develop initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement. • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding workplace issues, grievances, and conflicts. • Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary matters. • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters. • Monitor the status of associates on leaves of absence, including workers compensation. • Conduct store visits in assigned market.

Requirements

• Must meet company’s requirements for employment • Minimum 2 years HR-related experience • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline preferred • In-depth understanding of HR processes and related regulations • Previous experience addressing and resolving associate relations issues • Ability to perform in a fast paced and flexible environment • Well organized, with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Working knowledge of MS office software MS Excel, Word, Outlook , MS Teams, Workday is a plus • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Valid in-state driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
