• 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years in an executive role. • Proven track record of scaling revenue in a FinTech/Payments environment and a strong understanding of the industry. • Strong understanding of Salesforce, sales analytics, and forecasting tools. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. • Experience building and leading geographically distributed teams. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
