Description

• Take ownership of the go-to-market strategy and execution for products • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and R&D to deliver integrated GTM plans • Lead market research to understand target audiences and competitive dynamics • Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy for product launches • Own the bi-annual product announcement process in collaboration with Marketing • Actively engage with customers and gather insights to support product and GTM strategies • Collaborate with Product Managers to refine product messaging and positioning • Equip Sales and Service teams with necessary tools, content, and training • Monitor key performance metrics and optimize GTM strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred • 7+ years of experience in product marketing or product management in a tech-focused, B2B environment • Strong history of launching and marketing products with measurable business impact • Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to turn insights into strategic GTM initiatives • Excellent communication and presentation skills; adept at stakeholder alignment and facilitation • Strategic, customer-focused leader with a proactive, hands-on approach
