📋 Description

• Utilize various channels to identify and qualify potential leads for the sales team. • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods to engage with prospects. • Schedule high-quality appointments and demos for account executives. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospects throughout the sales process. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in CRM system. • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and target market dynamics. • Collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and product teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role in software sales. • Sound understanding of the software sales process, lead generation techniques, and qualification methodologies. • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and other sales enablement technologies. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German. • Proven ability to employ consultative and persuasive selling techniques to build rapport, overcome objections, and drive prospects toward appointments. • Highly self-driven and results-oriented. • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams. • Ability to adapt to evolving sales strategies, market dynamics, and product offerings.
