• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role in software sales. • Sound understanding of the software sales process, lead generation techniques, and qualification methodologies. • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and other sales enablement technologies. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German. • Proven ability to employ consultative and persuasive selling techniques to build rapport, overcome objections, and drive prospects toward appointments. • Highly self-driven and results-oriented. • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams. • Ability to adapt to evolving sales strategies, market dynamics, and product offerings.
