📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • We are a dynamic team committed to building impactful mobile utility applications that provide users with powerful tools for their everyday needs. • We are looking for a talented Mobile Application Designer with a keen understanding of performance-based marketing and proven experience in crafting utility apps that stand out in the market. • Key Responsibilities:   • Design Mobile Utility Applications.   • Collaborate with the product and development teams to create intuitive, high-quality designs for mobile utility apps, focusing on health-related applications.   • Conduct in-depth competitor analysis to understand the landscape and discover opportunities to innovate and differentiate the product.   • Employ user-centered design principles to ensure optimal user experience, balancing aesthetics with functionality.   • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and other standard design tools.   • Work closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless implementation of designs into functional applications.   • Design with an understanding of performance-based marketing, ensuring the app is optimized for user acquisition and engagement metrics.   • Conduct usability tests and gather feedback to continuously improve the design and user experience of the app.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Mobile Application Designer, with a portfolio showcasing apps. • Strong skills in Figma, and other design tools. • A solid understanding of performance-based marketing and how it impacts mobile app design and user flows. • Demonstrated experience in analyzing competitors and leveraging insights to inform design decisions. • Experience designing for health-related or utility applications is a plus. • Excellent visual design skills combined with a strong sense of how to create user-friendly experiences. • Experience working with development teams in an Agile environment (preferred). • Knowledge of mobile design best practices for both iOS and Android platforms (preferred). • Strong communication skills to effectively articulate design decisions and collaborate across teams (preferred).
