Description

• The Client Director at Auxo Solutions ensures successful delivery of software solutions to clients. • Manage portfolio of client projects within the Life Insurance practice. • Serve as primary contact for clients throughout project lifecycle. • Identify client needs and ensure solutions align with business requirements. • Build and maintain client relationships to optimize business opportunities. • Provide advice on software solutions and long-term project plans. • Develop and maintain project budgets and oversee financial aspects.

Requirements

• Bachelors’ Degree in a related field • At least 5 years of experience as the primary owner of client relationships in Insurtech/Software Development; consulting or professional services role preferred • At least 7 years of experience in the life insurance industry • Strong experience navigating client relationships in a remote environment • Ability to travel up to 30% (domestic) • Strong experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Jira/Confluence, Slack, Zoom, etc. • Hubspot experience is a plus
