Description

• The Production Support Program Manager will be the key owner of the process, performance, and escalations for our production support program. • Responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of the support model. • Leading a cross-functional team consisting of a Production Support Manager, Solution Architects, and Application Engineers. • Instrumental in managing custom application support models, aligning with internal teams and clients, and driving proactive solutions to resolve issues swiftly. • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role and able to hit the ground running to improve and maintain the program’s effectiveness.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing production support programs in a technical and/or custom software environment. • Proven track record of leading and mentoring teams, including Production Support Managers, Solution Architects, and Application Engineers. • Strong understanding of custom application support models, with hands-on experience in Jira and low-code platforms (such as Unqork) being a significant advantage. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly analyze and resolve complex issues in high-pressure situations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with both internal teams and clients. • Experience in managing multiple priorities, with strong organizational and time management skills. • Comfortability with handling and managing high-priority escalations and working under pressure. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira. • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. • Experience in customer service and/or client-facing roles.
