Description

• Oversee the team and processes delivering enterprise-grade applications. • Manage projects from requirement gathering through delivery and support. • Act as the day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and open communication. • Drive project delivery, ensuring technical aspects are handled effectively and risks mitigated. • Provide leadership to project teams and foster continuous learning.

Requirements

• Bachelors' degree in a related field and a minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Technical Project Manager; specifically working with enterprise custom software solutions. • Proven success in managing complex projects to successful completion. • A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), and ability to leverage it in a delivery environment. • Strong client engagement skills, with the ability to manage relationships and communicate effectively at all levels of an organization. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency with Atlassian tools such as JIRA, Confluence. • Experience as a Scrum Master preferred.
