Description
• Support the Payment Accuracy team • Collaborate with a scrum team to support product capabilities and features • Proactively look at data within the product and across Availity • Provide strategic insights and recommendations • Analyze complex data within the Payment Accuracy product • Gather and analyze complex business/functional/technical requirements • Collaborate with technology and other product teams to document solutions
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years related experience in Product, Business System Analyst, or Data Analyst role within the healthcare space • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience in lieu of degree • Experience gathering and developing functional and technical requirements • Strong expertise on data analytics and data modeling • Worked with an analytics product and can drive business insights through data • Highly proficient with SQL and/or Python • Experience working with business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Power BI • Highly proficient in Excel • Excellent communication skills - able to speak on both a business and technical level • Jira/Rally, Confluence experience • Experience working in an Agile environment
