Description

• Responsible for leading implementation of new health plans for Intelligent Gateway products. • Conduct demonstrations and engage with Product Management for custom requests. • Document business and technical requirements based on standard practices. • Support user acceptance testing and go-live activities. • Collaborate on project timelines for on-time implementation. • Participate in sales discovery process and apply product understanding to configurations.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a client-facing role building relationships. • 2 years of experience in a technology or consulting firm, preferably healthcare. • Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills. • Understanding of application development practices including SDLC and Agile. • Effective written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to deliver tasks in a high time bound environment. • Adaptability to changing priorities. • Technical aptitude in high performance B2B transactions. • Knowledge of X12, APIs, and EDI terminology. • Continuous improvement mindset for efficiency.
