Description

• Responsible for a scrum team supporting an expanding product line • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients • Gather, document, and refine user stories and product requirements • Manage product development and quality assurance utilizing Agile/scrum methodologies • Ensure solutions developed are scalable and meet needs of stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Over 4 years of experience in a Product Owner role in healthcare technology • Healthcare background is required • Capable of gathering and documenting requirements • Understand and communicate analysis on requirements • Understand the technical side of the PDLC • Experience getting a project up and running from inception • Strong analytical skills for interpreting business needs into requirements • Passion and aptitude to learn • Self-starter who enjoys autonomous work • Experience working with a large team and navigating internal relationships • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with partners • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
