🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required in related field (public health, public policy, marketing, communications, business administration) • 5+ years account management marketing experience, preferably in a market access, payer marketing, or managed markets agency environment • Experience with pharmaceutical marketing is required, with preference for access marketing across pre-launch, launch, mature, and portfolio brands • Experience with brand planning, budget development, execution, and measurement – including proficiency in multichannel marketing, media, and digital • Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and cross-discipline environment with a proactive mindset • Highly skilled as an interdisciplinary thinker, strategic problem-solver, and flawless on execution • Curious account leader who keeps abreast of everchanging healthcare landscape and encourages clients to challenge the status quo • Seamlessly skillful in balancing both collaborative work and independent work • Proven track record in contributing to and inspiring teams as well as upholding the organization’s culture • Crisp communications skills, both written and verbal • Comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines, across both inline client work and pipeline new business development work • Exceptional and reliable organizational skills
