📋 Description

• Accountable for driving global financial performance of AVTR specialty workflow products and solutions • Owns and executes the development, implementation, and optimization of successful marketing plans • Oversees a team of workflow specialists and directs commercial sales specialist, eCommerce, digital marketing, event planning, and portfolio management teams • Lead the development, execution, and optimization of marketing strategies to promote specialty workflow products and solutions • Develop data-driven customer targeting strategies, sales tools, and customer-facing materials • Work closely with product management, segment marketing, and marketing operations teams for alignment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in the life sciences, marketing, business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) • 8-10 years of experience in research science, scientific sales, marketing, or scientific product management • Demonstrated experience in sales enablement, product launch, solution selling, and account-based marketing • Deep understanding of scientific research workflows, laboratory techniques, and tools commonly used by researchers and scientists • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to measure campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to translate technical information into compelling and accessible content for scientific audiences • Collaboration and teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through targeted marketing initiatives • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic and evolving industry landscape
