📋 Description
• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our finance team. • This position will be remote based out of Mexico. • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing incoming payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely collections. • This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
🎯 Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Quickbooks. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools. • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • High level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. • Language: English proficiency is required for this role.
