• Coordinate translation project logistics • Ensure timely project data maintenance • Provide project status updates to Project Manager • Elaborate price and time estimates for projects • Create purchase orders and prepare files for translation
🎯 Requirements
• University degree in translation, linguistics, philology or a related field • Excellent communication in English, written and verbal • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat) • Attention to detail • Knowledge of Translation Management systems and CAT tools is a plus • Ability to follow directions, prioritize and schedule tasks • Ability to work under pressure with high volume and short timelines • Effective time management and multitasking skills • Being a positive and proactive team player with excellent interpersonal skills • Other foreign language and experience in a multicultural environment is a plus
