Description

• Provide first-line technical support to staff for IT-related issues, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues. • Support staff in better utilizing software for their everyday tasks. • Serve as an admin for our different software tools. • Remotely monitor and maintain wifi networks and IoT devices in homes and buildings. • Ensure compliance with IT policies and relevant data protection regulations. • Support regular security audits and vulnerability assessments. • Support IT team projects such as evaluating new systems and onboarding new hardware.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of related IT experience, preferably including wifi and networking • Excellent spoken and written English • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems • Ability to work independently and efficiently • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
