Description

• Avetta’s SaaS platform connects global organizations with suppliers, contractors, and vendors. • Looking for a Localization Project Manager with software product localization and internationalization experience. • Role combines planning, project management, and operations. • Operate across boundaries with cultural sensitivity and experience engaging with stakeholders. • Build relationships with teams to ensure successful product localization. • Manage multiple projects and oversee localization workflow with TMS tools. • Guide teams to ensure best practices minimize issues. • Track and report on project costs and turnaround times. • Develop and implement efficient localization processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of managing software localization projects for a SaaS organization. • Effective communication, problem-solving and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail. • Experience localizing training and marketing content such as video, eLearning, knowledge center articles, campaigns and marketing websites. • Great understanding of localization and internationalization issues • Experience using CAT tools to manage localization pipeline & workflows • TMS (Phrase, XTM), JIRA, Confluence, Wrike, Salesforce, Marketo experience • Proficiency in localization requirements of different file types: indd, psd, ai, cvs, pptx, JSON, etc. • Experience implementing and training Machine Translation and LLM solutions • Deep knowledge of linguistic asset optimization • Fluency in English in addition to one of the following languages: French, Japanese, German, Dutch, Chinese, Hindi, Arabic or Urdu are preferred • PMP Certification preferred • PowerBI knowledge a plus
