• Assist with the recruitment process to bring in applicants. • Draft requisitions for new positions. • Submit applicant’s information into company’s applicant portal. • Contact potential candidates as needed. • Develop and maintain relationships with applicants.
• High School Diploma or GED required. • College degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. • 1-2 years demonstrated experience preferably in an HR environment. • Demonstrated proficiency in grammar, spelling, typing, composition and math. • Proficient in internet/computer skills. • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. • ATS (applicant tracking system) experience preferred.
