•Providing leadership to drive product development projects to successful completion. •Drive Agile activities of distributed teams to ensure each project completes on-time and within agreed constraints of resources, scope, and quality. •Collaboratively developing program plans, schedules, and risk assessments. •Monitoring each project from initiation through delivery: tracking and communicating status, identifying and tracking cross-functional dependencies, identifying, and driving options for mitigating risk, and driving issues to resolution. •Proactively identifying and removing impediments on behalf of the team – or guiding the team to do so on their own. •Negotiating with stakeholders when project constraints change (Agile change management). •Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution. •Assisting with internal and external team communication, improving transparency, and disseminating information. •Driving the process of delivering final Engineering work for release to customers – software installers, user documentation, compatibility info, BOMs, etc. •Supporting product owners in their quest to do everything possible to delight customers. •Collaboratively working to improve software development processes.

Requirements

•B.S. or B.A. degree, technical major preferred, or equivalent experience. •5+ years of experience working on a software product development team. •Experienced in managing complex projects using Agile project development techniques and led distributed teams. •Experienced and certified as a First level Scrum Master (PSM I, CSM). •Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and/or Google Docs software. •Proficient with defect tracking software (e.g., Atlassian Jira, Rally). •Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. •Good skills and knowledge in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, continual improvement and fostering transparency. •Strong, proven ability to build relationships across team boundaries and successfully operate in a global, cross-functional organization. •Strong, proven ability to interact and be credible with peer and senior level managers. •Plus skills: Has background as a musician and usage of Pro Tool. •Experience in audio production or live sound workflows. •Master’s Degree in a STEM field. •Proficient in project planning SW: MS Project, Atlassian Advanced Roadmaps, OmniPlan, etc. •PMI certifications: Complete Agile Project Manager, Project or Program Management. Professional (PMP, PgMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP). •Experience and certification as a Second level Scrum Master (PSM II, CSP).
