📋 Description
• Implementing sales plans in the German retail market • Working directly with retail chains - setting commercial terms and conditions, conducting negotiations • Acquiring new clients and maintaining good relationships with current business partners • Analyzing the market and competition and seeking new developments • Collaborating with the Production Department and the Quality Department • Reporting to the Sales Director
🎯 Requirements
• Proven successful minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position • Experience working with retail chains (e.g., Edeka, Rewe) • Excellent sales and negotiation skills • Very good knowledge of the private label market • Highly developed skills in independent and complex project management • Excellent analytical skills • Proficiency in the use of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) • Very good verbal and written German language skills • Additional knowledge of English will be welcome • Driving license
