📋 Description
• Contribute directly to survey programming and data analysis tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every project. • Manage 3-5 simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery of survey results. • Guide clients on survey project structure, aligning design with research objectives. • Oversee live survey creation and ensure quality assurance of programming elements. • Analyze survey data and provide clients with actionable insights. • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing hands-on support for changes or updates. • Identify and optimize processes based on client feedback.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in engineering, information technology, business, economics, or international relations. • Master's degree would be an advantage. • Strong proficiency in Hindi and English, both spoken and written. • Understanding and/or experience with Python and/or JavaScript programming. • Proven client-facing experience with a customer-centric approach, strong teamwork skills, a sense of urgency, and a commitment to going above and beyond for clients. • Business acumen in private markets, including knowledge of private equity, due diligence processes, and the role of primary research in these areas.
