• The Tier 1 support engineer is a critical role within our organization • Customer-facing role working with clients on overcoming cases within the AVOXI product line • Onboarding new customers through our proprietary application • Exposure to telephony troubleshooting with our carriers in VOIP telephony environments • Be a part of the amazing culture we are building at AVOXI

• Solution minded / Problem Solver • Self-driven • Lifelong learner • High energy • Uses data to make decisions • Desire to learn • Technical aptitude for finding solutions to problems • Contact Center Experience • Customer facing experience • SaaS / Software as a Service troubleshooting • B2B / Enterprise level mission-critical software experience • Telecommunications (SIP) • IP communication analysis through Wireshark
