Description

• Serve as project manager for education projects • Maintenance of document delivery to external vendors • Assist with customer support inquiries • Provide ongoing professional mentoring within the organization • Works independently under guidance of the Vice President of Analytics, Operations, Policy, and Strategic Initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years previous experience in managing projects • Instructional design experience desired • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and organizational skills • Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio, and video scripts • Bachelor’s degree required • Must be detail-oriented and ensure that quality standards are met for the educational programs • Familiar with building healthcare provider educational programs, preferred • Ability to work with independence as well as in small collaborative team environments
