Description

•Achieving business objectives for the region - primarily for the growth in revenue Topline and bottom-line for CV business for the region. •New customer addition and business development with long term strategic goals is the prerequisite for the job. •Supervision of team for a great teamwork, timely collection of account receivables and inventory control would be important job function. •Develop and implement Sales strategy for Commercial Vehicles including Two – Wheelers coatings for respective region of India to increase our market share in the region. •Provide technical - commercial expertise and leadership to OEM customers in support of Axalta’s high bake / low bake coatings portfolio including the development and application of products, processing techniques. •Establish and lead projects delivering new products to the market. •Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth. •Oversee daily sales operations and ensure efficient execution of sales plans. •Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and take corrective actions as needed. •Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential markets within the region. •Collaborate with product teams to develop strategies for market penetration and product positioning. •Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. •Address and resolve customer issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. •Conduct regular meetings and reviews with major accounts to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. •Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure team effectiveness.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in technology/ engineering or Master’s degree in Science / Technology / Engineering. •Master’s in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing would be preferred. •Proven experience as a sales manager or similar sales role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team in similar field. •Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, as well as market dynamics within the region. •Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. •Strong leadership and team management abilities. •Ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights. •Willingness to travel within the region as required. •Results-oriented with a strong drive to exceed targets. •Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions. •Adept at working in a multi-cultural environment. •Experience working in a global environment a plus. •Must possess at least 10 years of relevant automotive and/or coatings industry experience with proven track record to include a combination of technical, process and commercial roles , out of which at least 3 years should be as a Regional lead. •Ability to influence customers and establish strong customer relationships. •Capable of managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and leading multi-functional teams without direct control. •Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with data-based decision-making capability. •Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into product offerings / solutions. •Strong communication skills along with IT, computer, and data processing skills. •Proficiency in MS Office is a must with presentation skill. •Experience using SalesForce.com and information databases a plus. •Ability to collaborate and build teamwork is essential. •Strong advocacy skills. •Ability to travel extensively based on need.
