• Manage Solution partners in SEE countries • Head sales within focused accounts • Develop and implement business plans for these accounts • Handle accounts daily, acting as a professional interface • Collaborate closely with the sales team • Travel within the territory and to Axis’ HQ in Sweden
• Proven track record in sales, preferably within IT & security • High technical interest • Comfortable with solution selling preferable in the security industry • Experience of account management and developing accounts • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills fluent in Croatian & English languages, written and spoken
