📋 Description
• Assist in the preparation, management, and execution of financial and budget plans. • Support program and project acquisition management specific budgets. • Provide support to the Federal budget and finance lead in compiling budget and finance data. • Document the customer invoicing and payment process specific to the office. • Provide financial analysis and accounting support to ensure audit readiness and compliance. • Provide support for the coordination and maintenance of budget dashboards.
🎯 Requirements
• Familiarity with finance and statistical analysis software. • Knowledge of Federal financial and accounting principles. • Knowledge of Federal acquisition terms and concepts. • Knowledge of INVEST, ACEIT, and life cycle cost estimate tools. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. • Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail. • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
