📋 Description

• Join Axon and be a Force for Good. • We are looking for a proactive, highly motivated, outcome-oriented professional to join our Revenue Accounting team. This role will support the accounting close process and assist on strategic initiatives to streamline the close process. You will partner cross-functionally across Sales, FP&A, Legal, and other teams to shape revenue close and enhance our revenue reporting processes to ensure they are efficient and tailored to meet the current and future needs of the business.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years of operational accounting within a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably in publicly traded companies. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or a related field. • CPA certification and understanding of ASC 606 revenue recognition standards. • A mix of Big 4 and industry experience managing the order-to-cash function at complex and multi-national publicly-traded companies • Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools • Strong analytical skills with experience in implementing various analytical techniques for Close cycle. • Advanced expertise of ASC 606 • Experience with M&A integration • Experience with leading ERP implementation, migration and upgrade.
