• Conduct research and analyze data to develop compensation programs. • Ensure fair compensation practices to attract and retain employees. • Administer and support compensation programs including merit, bonus, and equity. • Create compensation reports for informed decision-making. • Guide People team on compensation-related matters.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience as a Compensation Analyst/Specialist or similar role. • Excel / Google Sheets expertise. • Attention to detail and visualization skills. • Familiarity with compensation surveys. • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented analyst. • Comfortable with strategic and operational tasks. • End to end project management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Adaptable and creative problem-solving capabilities.
