β’ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus. β’ 6+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on customer marketing, customer advocacy, customer success. β’ Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve common goals. β’ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and concepts across diverse audiences. β’ Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving. β’ Self-starter who can help build a program and define the scope and goals strategic initiatives. β’ Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
