Description

• As part of our rapid growth we are looking for a Performance Escalation Engineer to join our team! • At Axonius, we’re passionate about building software that solves problems. • In this role, you will serve as an escalation point within our organization, providing rapid response to emerging issues. • Escalation Engineers are first responders who handle emergent issues proactively where possible and reactively where necessary. • You will be responsible for building and maintaining our proactive alerting, and for troubleshooting and resolving performance issues at the platform level.

Requirements

• 5+ years of senior-level experience in a customer-facing role supporting enterprise software • 5+ years of professional experience working with Linux • 2+ years of professional experience working with MongoDB with proven knowledge of internals and in-depth performance troubleshooting and remediation • Experience with monitoring and related technologies (Grafana, Prometheus, APM) strongly preferred • Experience working with Redis and Celery is preferred • 2+ years of programming experience (structured and OO) with one or more high level languages, such as Python, Java, C/C++, Ruby, and JavaScript • A proactive approach to spotting problems, areas for improvement, and performance bottlenecks
