Description

• Role will be responsible for driving sales communications and events strategies. • Oversee internal communications within Sales including monthly sales all-hands meetings. • Manage ongoing notifications via Slack and email for sales team. • Plan and execute sales events including annual sales kickoff and regional meetings. • Evolve Communications and Events function within the sales enablement team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, event management, or internal communications, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in content creation and messaging for various audiences. • Proficiency in communication tools (e.g., Slack, G-Suite) and program management software such as Monday or Asana. • Experience utilizing training development tools such as Rise or Articulate, as well as audio and video editing software and AI tools such as Chat GPT or Gemini. • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
