• Join Aya Healthcare, winner of multiple Top Workplace awards! • The Product Manager II will manage initiatives related to an internal facing software product. The initiatives will focus on improving business calculations as well as streamlining internal business operations. They will work with internal end users and a scrum team to improve our products, address new challenges, and drive business outcomes for Aya. They need to be able to break down a complex and technical roadmap into software requirements that iteratively deliver value, and also be able to effectively communicate a business-focused vision to our stakeholders. • This person will be working PST or MST business hours. • We’re a $10+ billion, rapidly growing workforce solutions provider in the healthcare industry. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. • 3+ years of product management experience with internal/enterprise application(s) • Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery. • Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship. • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written), initiative and responsiveness. • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence with impact across functions and disciplines.
