Description

• Drive initiatives to empower law enforcement agencies across the nation. • Own the strategy, development, and lifecycle of innovative products. • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities. • Work closely with cross-functional teams. • Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business units. • Manage product lifecycle, including updates and improvements. • Use analytics and customer feedback to evaluate product performance. • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years in product management, preferably in a tech environment using agile methodologies. • Expertise in product knowledge, including Foundry and AIP platforms • Experience with and a strong understanding of Scrum or other Agile frameworks is essential. • Proven experience in product management or related roles. • Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Aha!). • This position may potentially require a government clearance up to TS/SCI for future efforts.
