Description

• Product Manager to define and drive long-term vision and roadmap for learning platform • Focus on reimagining user engagement with learning content and tracking progress • Partner with engineering, learning design, and design teams for modern learning experiences • Create scalable, modular systems for rapid innovation • Ideal for someone with experience applying new technologies in learning • Seek to foster collaboration and a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with a rapidly scaling startup • Experience working on platforms with complex technical dependencies • Experienced with effective learning design and learning product development • Fluent in applying new technologies to how people learn • Thrive in fast-paced, startup environments • Strong ability to work closely with engineering teams on backend-heavy projects • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-impact results • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a track record of building alignment across teams • Deep understanding of user needs and a passion for delivering solutions • Proficiency with JIRA, Amplitude, FullStory, Tableau, and equivalent product analytics tools
