Description

• Own and drive subscription revenue growth by developing and executing strategies that increase product adoption and retention. • Collaborate across multiple teams (Marketing, Product Marketing, and Customer Success) to align on messaging, campaigns, and customer feedback. • Use data and analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to meet growth targets. • Ensure seamless onboarding and support for product users while driving product optimization for better engagement. • Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure customer feedback drives product improvements and innovations. • Document Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and key decisions from cross-functional meetings.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on product creation and managing subscription targets. • Proven experience in a successful real estate product startup. • Strong ability to work independently and take ownership of growth initiatives. • Solid understanding of subscription revenue models, growth metrics, and driving product adoption. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in a remote or hybrid environment.
