• Selector is seeking a Product Manager • Reporting to the VP of Product Management • Gathering customer requirements • Creating an intuitive product experience • Influencing feature delivery on behalf of customers • Collaborating with leadership, engineers, designers, and copywriters • Engaging with customers regularly • Driving research initiatives • Using design tools like personas and journey maps • Balancing customer needs with business objectives • Contributing to product vision • Collaborating with product team • Performing ongoing market research and competitive intelligence
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience working in Product, with a focus on user experience • Experience building and shipping products within a large-scale, ambitious domain • Comfortable owning and balancing projects at various points of the product development lifecycle • A data-driven mindset • Design skills • Experience working with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch • Experience partnering with designers and engineers • Enthusiastic and clear communication skills • Passion for what you do • Experience within the monitoring or observability space
