Description
• As an AI Product Manager at Raintree, you will develop and scale AI-powered products transforming healthcare. • This role bridges the gap between technical AI capabilities and business needs. • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute product vision and strategy. • Responsible for driving the end-to-end product lifecycle, focusing on data-driven decision-making. • Refine AI product roadmap and prioritize features to deliver innovative, user-centric solutions. • Assess market trends and customer feedback to inform product strategy and innovation. • Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions integrated with models meeting performance and regulatory standards.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a focus on AI, preferably in healthcare or related industries. • Strong understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, with the ability to work closely with data science and engineering teams. • Proven track record of delivering AI-powered SaaS products. • Familiarity with AI ethics and governance frameworks in healthcare is preferred. • Experience managing the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery, including backlog management, prioritization, and feature delivery. • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making and using metrics to drive product development. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare, Business).
