Description

• Bellese Technologies is looking for an experienced Product Manager. • Work with the CMS federal agency on the Hospital Quality Reporting program. • Facilitate the conversation and implementation of best practices. • Assist in creating a culture of innovation, collaboration and cross-functional work. • Mitigate skepticism to change by demonstrating benefits of transparency. • Champion skill diversity in team composition. • Prioritize responsible innovation. • Trusted, emerging leader in Bellese Product department. • Familiarize with the product and its users within the first month.

Requirements

• 5 or more years as a Product Manager building digital products in a cross-functional agile environment • Expert knowledge of agile frameworks and principles and the ability to coach and mentor peers as needed • In-depth knowledge of the requirements management cycle with excellence in defining, writing and testing requirements, acceptance criteria and definition of done • Superior relationship building skills in large, complex stakeholder environments • Exceptional communication skills across business, technical and creative stakeholders • Proven ability driving progress in ambiguous environments • Prior experience in a client-facing consulting or contracting role • Management of complex systems and lower environments • Experience augmenting infrastructure platforms and devops • Identify risks and implement mitigation techniques in a timely manner • Serve as a trusted partner and advise customers on team’s product vision and roadmap • Experience deriving accurate business value to stakeholders and managing tradeoffs
