Description
• Execute and support new and existing digital capabilities designed to enhance donor experience. • Drive revenue and engagement for the digital revenue platforms supporting the organization. • Collaborate with business leads, regional staff, and volunteers for digital revenue best practices. • Serve as a subject matter expert in product capabilities and platforms. • Manage escalations related to digital products, liaising with support teams, developers, and field staff. • Produce documentation, resources, and guides for product utilization. • Support development of digital products with scalability in mind. • Lead enhancements, set requirements, and assist with prioritization for revenue and fundraising platforms. • Review, prioritize and refine product bugs found during quality assurance. • Perform market research and competitive analysis for new product recommendations.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, management, and/or equivalent work experience. • 3-5 years of digital fundraising experience with a focus on customer service, product marketing or product development. • Solid understanding of digital marketing best practices and digital fundraising strategies and platforms. • Ability to create and refine business processes to most efficiently and effectively deliver digital solutions. • Product management experience, including a solid understanding of agile and waterfall development process. • Understanding and experience with digital fundraising platforms, applications and connected products and services such as Blackbaud, Classy, Donor Drive, Azure DevOps, Google Analytics, and Salesforce for Nonprofits.
