• Do you want to make our software and systems better? • The Software Product Manager is responsible for prioritizing features, coordinating projects, creating mock-ups, and implementing training on new software updates. • Translate business requirements into technical requirements for the Development team.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree and/or equivalent related experience. • A strong understanding of UI / UX best practices. • To determine when systems improvements are appropriate and advocate for these updates to leadership and stakeholders. • Familiarity with software training best practices and comfortable training at all levels of the organization. • The ability to communicate with different teams on a variety of topics. • A process-minded approach and ability to explain and visualize process changes. • To be highly organized.
