📋 Description

• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and workflows. • Collect and analyse customer feedback to inform product decisions and prioritize features based on impact. • Create and refine epics, user stories, and tasks. • Plan and prioritize the work to balance limited capacity with maximum impact. • Leverage Scrum/Kanban methodologies to manage iterative changes. • Analyze product and technical metrics to iterate on solutions and drive improvements. • Conduct competitive profiling, assess strengths and weaknesses, and identify opportunities to differentiate. • Develop pricing and licensing models for products based on market analysis. • Facilitate clear communication between teams to ensure smooth product delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager in software product companies. • Strong understanding of Web3, DeFi products, or blockchain protocols. • Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure challenges (reliability, performance, cost). • Experience working in Agile environments with Scrum/Kanban methodologies. • Ability to define and decompose epics into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria. • Proficiency with tools like YouTrack/Jira, Notion/Confluence and Metabase. • Solid SQL skills for querying and analyzing data to inform product decisions. • Exceptional analytical and creative problem-solving skills. • Ability to map business processes with flowcharts or diagrams. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
