📋 Description
• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the cloud-based biomedical data analytics platform. • Conduct market research and user interviews to understand customer needs within the biopharma and healthcare sectors. • Translate market and customer requirements into actionable product specifications and user stories. • Work closely with engineering, data science, and UX/UI teams to deliver robust solutions. • Oversee the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features. • Establish and track KPIs to measure platform success and iterate based on user feedback.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields. • Advanced degree (MS, MBA, or PhD) in Life Sciences, Data Science, or Business is highly desirable. • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in life sciences, healthcare, or software platforms. • Proven track record of managing cloud-based software products or data platforms. • Familiarity with multi-omics data and real-world clinical data applications. • Experience working with biopharma companies, clinical research organizations, or healthcare providers. • Understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data analytics technologies. • Knowledge of data integration, ETL pipelines, and AI/ML techniques is a plus. • Familiarity with compliance frameworks like HIPAA, GDPR, and GxP for data security and privacy. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Exceptional communication and storytelling ability to translate technical solutions into business value. • Ability to influence and build relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
