Description

• As a Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our product vision and roadmap. • Your primary responsibility will be defining the strategic direction and overseeing its implementation. • Understanding user needs, use cases and behaviors will drive your decisions as you craft a comprehensive roadmap and efficiently prioritize tasks. • You’ll play a lead role in collaborating closely with the technology team, designers and product owners. • Your focus will be on delivering value to our clients at the right time and enhancing their overall experience. • Your insights will directly influence our product development's strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in automating financial operations or accounting processes, with a focus on ERP systems and accounting workflows, including Financial Close processes. • Background in accounting, finance, or a related field. • Strong understanding of the accounting month-end close cycle, internal controls, and key pain points for accounting teams. • Experience with data-driven decision-making, using complex data sets to generate user insights and improve product development. • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written. • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, including tech, design, and business stakeholders is a huge plus. • Startup and experience in saas products is a huge plus. • English and Spanish are required.
