📋 Description

• The Product Manager is passionate about building products that our customers love. • Manages, plans and coordinates the development of new products and enhancements of existing products. • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure product alignment and successful launches. • Analyze customer feedback, product performance metrics, and market trends to continually improve product offerings. • May attend tradeshows to promote products and services offered.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager. • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle. • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management. • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies. • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job. • Proven project management and budgeting skills. • Proficient at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. • Experience in budgeting and financial management for marketing initiatives. • Proficient in using analytics tools to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions. • Experience in product management and e-commerce is a plus.
